We loved the complimentary upgrade to the Deluxe Bungalow and the comfortable and quiet location. The small sitting area outside each bungalow was a nice touch. The staff at the reception were always available and had good manners. We appreciated the free cold and hot water refills from the dispenser, which helped minimize plastic pollution. The TV had one English channel, perfect for some downtime. we had a quiet and restful sleep at night.

We felt very at home and had no complaints.

The rooms at Pangkor Waterfall Beach Resort are simply amazing! They have beautiful views of the mountains and greenery, which make you feel so close to nature. The room service is great, and the private furnished patio is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I loved how cozy and inviting the rooms were!

Personally, I didn't enjoy the TV in the room. I felt like it distracted from the natural beauty of the resort.

I recently stayed at Pangkor Waterfall Beach Resort for 3 months while traveling and it was such a comfortable and cute place. The owner, Kim, was really lovely and made sure we had a great stay. The on-site cafe served the best breakfast pancakes I've had during my entire trip. The friendly chef there even takes personalized dinner requests. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the mattress was comfy, and the wifi was good. The resort is tucked away from the main street, so it's super quiet and offers a beautiful view of the jungle. They even have a water dispenser to reduce plastic bottle waste. The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom. I really enjoyed my time here!

Minimal room lacked flair and ambience.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Pangkor Waterfall Beach Resort. The in-house Chef prepared a delicious fish curry and spicy prawn sambal, made from scratch with fresh ingredients. The taste was heavenly! The owner and Chef Razak even joined us for dinner, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The bed was comfortable, the location was quiet and hidden, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this resort for an unforgettable getaway.

Friendly staff who gave great beach recommendations. Cheap and efficient laundry service. Comfortable and clean room with air-conditioning. Private laundry line for wet clothes. Nearby shops and night markets. The perfect value for money stay in a clean and quiet environment. Lots of hornbill sightings along the way. Amazing!
